This contract is legally binding between Home Treat and the store owner. .......       subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:
 
2. The second party intends to register its commercial activity in the “Home Treat” application with the aim of displaying its products in the application, and the first party is committed to receiving orders from clients and customers within the specified period.
 
3. The first party transfers order data to the second party with the aim of completing the sales process to clients and customers.
 
Fees:
4. The second party is obligated to pay the subscription fee for the application, which is 25 riyals (twenty-five riyals), and the payment of the fees is renewed annually from the date of joining.
 
5. The payment process for clients and customers is made through Thawani Company to the first party’s account and then to the second party’s account after deducting 14% of the product value for commission within 10 ten working days.

Obligations and entitlements of the first party:
6. The first party is committed to providing all benefits and offers to clients and customers
7. The first party is committed to transferring the amounts to the second party after deducting the commission determined in accordance with clause (6).
8. The first party is committed to delivering the product with all safety standards in order to preserve the product from the second party to the clients and customers
9. The first party has the right to re-evaluate the total amount collected from the client, including the commission and fees.

Obligations and entitlements of the second party:
10. The second party prepares the product in accordance with health standards and commercial conditions in the Sultanate of Oman.
11. The second party bears responsibility for the product before the customers and customers, and the first party disclaims its responsibility before the customers and customers.
12. If the second party agrees to receive payments from customers electronically by payment cards (credit or other), the second party alone shall bear all fees for the payment gateways applied by the banks.

Terminate the contract:
13. The first party has the right, without notifying the second party, to delete the second party’s subscription if it does not meet the conditions or to receive an official complaint based on reasons from clients and customers.
14. In the event of termination of the contract by both parties, both parties must notify the other party within 30 days.

Applicable law:
15. This contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Sultanate of Oman.

Dispute settlement:
16. In the event that a disagreement or dispute arises or occurs between the two parties regarding the interpretation or implementation of the terms of this contract, it will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, the matter will be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the Sultanate of Oman in the Governorate of Muscat.

As a "Delivery Driver" contract, I agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Introduction:
The driver/representative delivers the products from the supplier or seller to the customer’s location during a certain time, and the driver informs and asks the customer about their location for the purpose of delivering the product.

Drivers’ responsibilities:
1.Holds a valid driver's license to perform the required tasks professionally.
2.⁠ ⁠He is obligated to deliver the products within the specified time, unless exceptional circumstances arise that impede the delivery of the product within the specified period, and the customer will be notified in case of delay.
3.⁠ ⁠He is obligated to maintain the product and do not to damage or sabotage it.
4.⁠ ⁠He adheres to the highest ethical standards when talking to clients and customers through the phone/messages/and upon delivery.
5.⁠ ⁠In case of non-compliance with time for reasons like negligence and recklessness leads to a deduction of 5 Riyals from each complaint

Fees and Payments:
6.⁠ ⁠For a single delivery request, the second party receives an amount (One Omani Riyal).
7.⁠ ⁠The first party pays the financial dues within 10 ten days to the second party.

Termination:
8.⁠ ⁠The contract between first party and second party is for an unlimited period. The Second party may terminate the contract after giving 10 days' notice.
9.⁠ ⁠The first party has the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect at any time if you do any of the following: (a) violate or breach any of the terms of the contract (b) if the first party believes that you are abusing the platform or service and the first party is not obligated By sending a previous notice of termination of the contract.
